We find ourselves in the intersection between journalism and creativity. Being both forward thinking in ideology, and innovative in production. 3OUT started as a protest against federations and influencers who had represented the sport, but never truly spoke for it. We saw what the average lifter was experiencing, what conversations were being held, and what they wanted to be shown in the media, and we delivered.

Lifters deserve an experience they can remember. They deserve media personnel that see them as more than a name on a spreadsheet. They deserve the attention to their story and the emotion that comes with competing.
